My ways of keep healthy

        Health is the most important thing in our life. However, nowadays, we pay a lot of attention in our studies. But actually, without health, we can do nothing. We really should care more about ourselves and our body. As Chairman Mao said: "They body is the capital of revolution. "
        In order to keep healthy, we should eat more vegetables. Vegetables are nature cleaners of our body. They can absorb the extra oil in our bodies. A healthy diet can reduce the rate of heart decreases and blood rate. Eat more vegetables can keep our body in a healthy standard.
        Besides, we can do some body work out everyday. Exercises can help stretch the muscles. We can also do some sports like soccer and swimming. If there is no time, walking is also a good choice. Never become a "couch potato", go out and enjoy the sunshine is very important.
        In conclusion, we should always have a positive attitude towards life. A positive attitude can always help us live a beautiful life.

Awake

      After a good long sleep, I woke up this morning.
      I am a deer. I had been sleeping for a whole winter and it is great for me to see this world again. I combed my fur and washed my face. I wanted to sleep for another minute or two but mum said we should find some food to eat.
     So right now I am running freely in the forest and seeking for food. I see some fresh mushrooms and grass and I can't wait to rush to them. Everyone else is eating, too. We will migrate to a new place to live after we finish our meals.
    In the past winter, I stayed in the warm cave. I had a great meal before hibernate and I slept well .The winter was not as long as I thought it would be. It's really good to know that the spring is coming and we should be ready for our new lives. Spring means challenges and opportunities. I am awake and I am ready.

Be a beautiful little fool

        April Fool's Day used to be my favorite holiday when I was little, and it is still one of my favorites now. There are a few hilarious stories on this day.
        The first trick was from one of my friend. She was a quiet and friendly girl so I had never thought about that she would play tricks on me. On April Fool's Day, after a running test, we were both tired and were sitting on a bench. She said she would go and get some water for both of us and she ran away. After a while, she returned with two bottles of water and handed me one, I was not paying attention and said thanks. As soon as I drank the water, I spit out. The water was too salty that I couldn't imagine how much salt she had put. When I looked back, she was laughing hardly.
       The second was one of my classmates who tricked my math teacher. We all believed that it was a courage for him to do so because the math teacher was really a strict lady and we had never seen her laugh, even once. We all said good luck and prayed for him:). He glued his hand with glue and went to the teacher's office. He told our teacher that he admired her a lot and would like to shake hands with her. Our math teacher was so surprised and shake hands with him. You can imagine what happened next...It was a big jar of  glue. The good news was our teacher didn't get mad, she is just unhappy.
      The third was from a teacher. At the beginning of that day, she told us she would move the test day to that day. We didn't believe her at first since it was April Fool's Day. She said she was not kidding and she said she never celebrate April Fool's Day. We started to believe. The classroom was quiet that day because everyone was studying. In the afternoon, we were all almost ready for the test, but she came in and laughed, she said she was joking. We were all relieved.
      April Fool's Day is a special day for all the fools. Sometimes it is not bad to be a fool. Like Daisy says in movie "The Great Gatsby" : " I hope him to be a beautiful little fool." Happy April Fool's Day, little fools.

I Wish You Happy Everyday

Dear Lily:

It’s a little awkward to talk to you in this way. I have been following you for sixteen years. Sometimes you notice me, sometimes you don't. Someone told me that tomorrow will be the “wish you be happy” day, that’s why I decided to write to you.

Look at you, you are already sixteen now. Time has passed so quickly. I can still remember those days when you were still a little girl. Your grandfather walked you to school everyday, and you never cry like the other kids when your grandfather left. It's just a new day for you and you rushed to your seat, took out your cute pencils mum bought you and waited for the teacher quietly. You kept talking and talking to your grandfather about what had happened in kindergarten on your way home, and your grandfather showed great interest every time. You were so happy, truly happy those days. You were so well protected and have nothing to worry about .Did not like the other kids, who were ambitious and would like to become doctors or scientists. Your dream is to become a bus driver simply because you think buses are cool and drivers are cool as well.

Time passed so quickly that nobody can stop you from growing up. You changed a little bit everyday. Your grandfather changed a little bit everyday, too. He became older and older and can't take you to school anymore. So you started taking subway to school. You live in such a big and crowed city and you looked so tiny in the crowd. You were cute and did well in school, you knew how to get along with people. Everyone liked you. You took part in a lot of contests and got rewards, nobody was surprised when you got in to one of the best schools in your city. You looked happy, but actually you were not. Sometimes you had to deal problems alone, had to fight a thousand little wars everyday. You were worried about the future and you kind of started missing those days when you were still a little girl. Girl, growing up is nothing bad. That means you are a fighter now. 

I am so proud of you . You fight, you lost. Then you stood up and fight again, and you won. You started your new life in another country, you had done all the application by yourself. You created your own website and it looks good, you went to a poor village and volunteered to teach the kids English. You had worked for a famous TV station in your country for three weeks, not long, but enough for you. You have done so many things that most people had dreamed of but never completed. Some people sometimes can be mean to you but you have already known the best way to deal with this is to ignore them. You might not be able to change the world, but please, don't let the world changes you.

I wish you happy everyday. You deserve the happiness.

Love makes the world a better place

 "Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that." This is a famous quote from Martin Luther King. Nobody can live without love, it is love that makes this world a better place.
     Love can change people. A little, kind smile to a stranger can make a big difference. If I have a bad day, I really hope there would be a person smiles to me and tells me that everything will be fine. A smile would make up my day. If everyone does that, the world would be fullfilled with love. There would be less suicides and criminals. 
      With love in people's heart, People can understand the ups and downs of the world and treasure everyone in their lives . This kind of warmth and love makes people strong. They would thus pass my warmth to others.    

I have thousands of dreams

This blog makes me think of David’s oration. However, his oration brought him disasters. Everyone censures him for his negative attitude towards our country. Although there are lots of problems in our society, I still believe that our people can hold hands and face these problems together.

The first thing is that I hope Chinese parents can be less restrictive to their children. China has the second largest population in the world. I understand that more population means more competition, but children are still young. They have just started their lives and they have the rights to decide what to do in the future. Instead of telling them what to do, I hope the parents can support them to do whatever they like. In my eyes, there is no difference between a president and a farmer.

In addition, I think people should pay more attention to their food. The food makers should not only consider themselves but also others. Some farmers don’t eat the vegetables that they have grown because they know that they have put chemicals in it. If every food maker can responsible for what he makes, people will have more healthy food to eat.

I have seen the changes in my country in the past decades and I believe that my country will become a better country in the future. I will love my country unconditionally. 

My Awesome Winter Break

    This winter break is meaningful. I had a good time during the past winter break.I was able to go back to my home after fourteen hours' flight.On the first weekend, I went to see my friends in China and brought them some gifts from America.They missed me so much and we spent some time together, one of them even spent a night in my house, we talked about universities and future a little bit.

    In the next few days, I went to Wuhan, where my grand-parents live.I saw my cousin, he was in a traditional Chinese public school and was busy with his studies, and he asked me to helped him with a few math problems.It snowed when I was in Wuhan,so I was able to play snow with my cousin.

    In addition.It was so great to stay with my family during this break. Family is always priceless. When I was at home, they always make dilicious food for me and didn't stop worring about my safety until I got home.I think I love them more than before because we have been seperated for so long. 

    I felt love from all my friends and family this winter break. It is no wonder a good time. Time and distance has never been a problem. I think I will love and miss them for the rest of the year.
